Trial Agreement - Terms and Conditions
THIS SOFTWARE TRIAL AGREEMENT (this "Trial Agreement") is by and between SnapComms Ltd ("SNAPCOMMS" or "WE") and the company identified on the submitted trial request ("Company" or "YOU").
Limited Use. WE grant YOU a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use software & services by SNAPCOMMS, solely for the purpose of evaluation for possible licensing from SNAPCOMMS.
Ownership and Nondisclosure. YOU acknowledge and agree that SNAPCOMMS is the owner, or the authorized distributor of the software and service. WE do not grant YOU any right, title or interest in or to this software and service, including in or to any intellectual property or proprietary right init.
DISCLAIMER. SNAPCOMMS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED HEREUNDER. Without limiting any other provision of this Trial Agreement, SNAPCOMMS shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the installation, use performance or nonperformance of the Software during the Trial Period.
Term. This Trial Agreement begins at the time YOU submit the trial request and, unless terminated earlier by YOU, will terminate at 11:59 p.m. on the thirtieth day of the Trial Period. At the end of the trial period WE will disable your trial account and may destroy your trial data.
Privacy. WE value your privacy. WE will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to any thrid-party. Any information YOU give to SNAPCOMMS will be held with the utmost care.
Information. WE receive and store any information YOU enter on our website or give us in any other way. YOU can choose not to provide certain information, but then YOU might not be able to take full advantage of our services. WE use the information YOU provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future services for YOU, improving our products, and communicating with YOU. WE receive and store certain types of information whenever YOU interact with us. Like many websites, WE use "cookies," and WE obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses the SNAPCOMMS website or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of SNAPCOMMS on other web sites. To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, WE often receive a confirmation when YOU open e-mail from SNAPCOMMS if your computer supports such capabilities. At any time YOU may ask us to stop sending YOU commercial e-mail by sending your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, each commercial e-mail WE send to YOU will tell YOU how to decline further unsolicited e-mail.
