Once upon a time... (in 2002) a frustrated intranet manager decided to find a better way to communicate with employees…and Snap tools were born. We have Vodafone New Zealand to thank for our early product evolution.  Their feedback and innovative ideas helped us grow and evolve SnapComms tools. 

SnapComms is a privately owned business and is growing organically.  We have avoided seeking investment funding as we believe it can cause an organization to lose what makes it great. Our focus is squarely on delivering great customer service, building our in-house internal communications expertise and continuing to innovate and grow our suite of internal communications tools.

Real Solutions for Real Internal Communications Problems. Innovation is tempered with a pragmatic approach to development.  If a new idea or technology solves an internal communication problem, we’ll add it to our suite if we can.  We take a dim view of cool groovy technology for the sake of it! Hence our strap line ‘ Real Solutions for Real Internal Communications Problems’

We have one of the most talented (and largest) product development teams in the world – our customers. Every time a customer or prospect faces an internal communications challenge and says “it would be really great if…” we evolve our solution.

Keeping it real. We believe in close relationships with our customers and word of mouth marketing.  Many of our clients have been referred to us in some way. Thankfully the power of tools like web-conferencing and committed staff who are willing to stay up late on conference calls help us stay connected to our clients no matter the time zone.

We also work with talented resellers and partners across the world. Our partners are experts in internal communications and actively involved in growing and developing our solution.
